Finally we (my son and myself) know what we want: we'll have the MGL VOYAGER on the left and a "classic six" on the right side. Not much real estate left on the main panel (after some audio pieces in the center), even if we move all switches and breakers to a "switch farm" 2 inches wide, below it. BTW, quadrant and fuel selector are on a between-the-seats console which bends upwards to attach to the main panel.
Anyone's comments / suggestions or schematics with a similar set-up will be highly appreciated.
For those interested in the console design, I have an almost ready design in "solids". As soon as I'm done, I can can post some jpegs here and make the parts drawings available to anyone.
