So all control surfaces are mounted. Trying to rig ailerons for neutral position with sticks perfectly neutral as well. I set these with elevator also neutral. Having achieved this excellent alignment at neutral position a very strange thing happens and I need to know if this is normal. From neutral position, if I push or pull the stick to move elevator from neutral the ailerons move slightly! It is as if applying elevator also slightly affects aileron movement. Now this is while I have two guys holding the ailerons in neutral position to insure that I'm not putting left or right input. Is this normal? Comments please before this drives me nuts?? Thanks

It has to do with the geometry

as you move the stick fore/aft from neutral the aileron pushrods will be pulled inward. Both ailerons will deflect slightly in the same direction. At least that is the way the -10 works.
