I am installing my Filter air box on my 360 with a carb. Is there supposed to be a gasket between the Filter air Box and the bottom of the cab? Van's Instructions do not show one. Help please

It wouldn't hurt, but I don't think it's required, especially if you use some liquid/paste sealer in there.

Any special type of "liquid paste sealer"? I thought of putting in so Tight Seal Medium. I am not a big fan of RTV types.

The airbox is not a rigid/machined flat surface so gasket sealers alone are not really appropriate IMO, a gasket or nothing at all is what I do.

That is a great point. It may also be why they do not call for anything in the instructions. I doubt ethan any small air leak is that big deal, since you drill a 1/8 hone in the bottom of the box for drainage anyway.

Thanks for your input it is appreciated.
