I have had problems getting a reply from engine / prop guy Matthew regarding my prop’s shipping. I called Vans today and it turns out that Matthew is no longer with Vans. Anne and Kim got me sorted out today and my prop is now on the way.

If you find yourself in a similar position, I would suggest you give Vans a call rather than wait for a reply on email that might never turn up!

Thanks to Anne and Kim today, who were both excellent.
