There are 4 ways to orient the throttle body below the sump, and 2 are bad. So do I orient it with the sensors running side-to-side with the throttle linkage on the rear or does it go with the the throttle linkage running on the right side and the sensors running for and aft?

The throttle body doesn't care which way you mount it. It will work in any position. Most mount it with the throttle arm to the right.
