A friend is having trouble getting an FAA inspector out to look at his plane. Seems the local chief is not happy with experimentals. Any local knowledge of the best approach, or just find a DAR......?

Larry Ricca is a Dar out of Lincoln. It cost a few hundred but he will get there quick.
