When did you rivet the F902 bulkhead to the longeron? DW23 states to leave them unrivetted untill the subpanel structure has been drilled, but I can't discover when is the best time. With the subpanel in place, those rivets seem hard to reach. (yes, that rivet in the picture is removable...)
