I have had some issues trying to locate the upper skin. The holes already drilled through the side skins and 887 longerons do not seem to line up with any of the pp holes in the upper skins. Maybe they are supposed to fall in between those holes? Can I get some guidance before drilling any other holes in the upper skins. Thanks

I don't think you need to drill new holes. I had to use a couple of awls and "stretch" F-821 a lot to get theholes to align. (I realize that the metal isn't stretching)

Don't drill

They will line up with lots of effort like nylon ratchet straps but they will fit. Ron

When the skins are lined up and the pp holes are drilled through the sides skin and 887 longeron would you machine countersink the longerons and dimple the skins or machine countersink through the skins as well? I would have to remove some rivets to get to the longerons with the cs cage..
