I didn't see anything on this and thought I'd post this about riveting the F-817 plate.
I found the top 4 rivets (fore & aft) very hard to get to with traditional bucking bar, plus I have big hands.
What I did was pull out a few of my beefy chrome plated end wrenches (e.g. 1-1/2'), then placed cardboard (for dampening and scratch protection) between the wrench body/shank and top longeron.
That gave me enough leverage to properly buck the tails of those rivets.
