This is the outboard floor rib that ends in a point. I see that at the bottom fore most part of the ribs there are 2 notches that appear to be guides for trimming (like in the various stiffener angles) but I see no mention on the dwg or instruction sheets to do this. What do you guys do?

Are you referring to cutting a taper on the forward end of the F-815B lower flange? If so, trim it so that it clears the lip on the belly skin joint.
