Maybe I should explain. The plans have you position the steel tailwheel mount on the bulkhead. There are three dimensions on dwg 73.1/32" 7/8 (2 plcs); and 1 11/32. It's the 1 11/32 that has me confused. What is the 1 11/32 measuring. I get it that you mark a line then line up the weldment, then the other dimensions are for drill locations. It's that pesky 1 11/32 that has me baffled.... Help!
