Dumb question of the day #1

Working on the bulk heads, F-710.

Cut the F-710B angle piece to 10 1/2 inches per the plans. Cut the side down by 3/16 on each side according to the plans. They F-710B does not even come close to fitting. Has anyone else had this problem? I've got to be missing something simple?

Did you see the note to radius the upper corners to nest under the longerons?

You made sure you cut 10.5 and then angled it back towards the vertex of the angle 3/16 on ea. side? Just checking. Like Bruce said make sure you radius the corners to tuck into the longerons.
