I fit the F-638 Seat Back Braces under the F-705J Angles for the first time yesterday they are a snug fit.
On my side I will never use the Brace, but if she hasn't graduated from college by the time I am flying I plan on flying with my daughter and will probably need it for her seat. She's 3 now.
Anyway... I am thinking that by the time I paint the interior, including the F-638 Braces, there is no way they will slide under the F-705J Angle without really scratching up the paint on the tounges of the Brace.
I thought I might... A) Bevel the tounges of the Braces so that they aren't so tight under the F-705Js when painted, B) Replace the F-705Js Angles with a new set which site 1/64" - 1/32" higher, or C) Forget it and build on.
Any thoughts?
