Hi All,
I'm still working on prepping as many parts for priming before the temperature drops here, and one part I was wondering about was the F-601Z Aux Fuel Pmp Firewall Doubler. I'm planning on installing the Andair fuel boost pump for my IO-360 per the plan in the link below, except placing two filters in the wing roots rather than in the cockpit.

If I am to use the Andair pump, I presume the recommended mounting configuration makes the F-601Z doubler redundant, so I don't need to install it? I'm just double checking so incase it is/can be used for some other purpose that I have not picked up on.

Yup, that's right...no need for a firewall fuel pump with the Andair in the cockpit and a mechanical fuel pump on the engine, so no need for the doubler.
