Hey Folks

On Pg 10-19 there's a note to not rivet the F-01473A stiffeners on at this time.

It seems like it would be way easier to put them on by back riveting before mounting the skin on the fuselage. also the bottom 6 nut plates around the inspection hole can be done now I think. Is there a reason this can not be done now that I am missing?
 
Waiting on those stiffeners until called out in the plans simply affords better bucking access for the rudder stops.
