Anyone have the nomenclature and/or dimensions (ID/OD) for the black rubber tubing that comes with the exhaust hanger kit handy? I want to order some replacements but don't need a whole new kit, just the tubing.

I'm not familiar with recent hanger kits but I use 3/8" fuel hose from the local auto parts emporium.

I use air conditioner hose. High pressure and way more solid then fuel line.

pretty sure my vetterman kits came with 3/8 SS tube and 3/8" ID rubber hose.

I recommend scuffing the SS tubes with 100 grit and clean the ID of the rubber hose thoroughly with acetone. THis helps them to bond together over time and avoid slipping.
