If you're working fiberglass, more than likely, you'll have excess epoxy, micro or flox. Don't toss it. There is always some part that needs a little love. I rarely have anything left. Plan work in oder. Neat epoxy jobs first. Flox or micro gets mixed into the excess and used for that job. Excess gets used where ever needed. Yes, I know. 30 minute 205 sets too fast to be of mucn use. I use mainly 206 unless I want something set up quick.
Today I had excess flox. I added a dab to the louver holes to make them pretty later. I misdrilled the oil door latch button hole, so a little was used to fill the hole. I can redrill it tomorrow. The louver gate holes were not up to my quality standard so a little was dabbed in the holes. I can file those tomorrow too.
Point is, there are always places to use the excess.
I'm cheap. Hate wasting anything. I do keep the empty cup till morning as a control so I can verify it set before messing with the component.
