jdeas Well Known Member Mar 16, 2021 #2 West working well for seven years I had the same concern but this plenum is now seven years old and no signs of sag. Lives in SoCal so it does get some heat on the ramp! Two layers glass BID per side with Aero-mat (ACP composites) core material https://drive.google.com/file/d/0B6DSiws6yCNvd041Tld3cXh5TXc/view?usp=sharing There is a thread on here showing the construction but others have upped their game *I think Aero-mat is now called Lantor Soric XF
