New, stable release 1.1.0.0 for Enigma uploaded.
Odyssey latest Beta 0.1.1.0 uploaded.

Note: Both systems now use the new navidata file format for Open data (Enigma Flight Planner), PocketFMS subscription data and Jeppesen Navdata (available soon).

Please remove old Waypoint.ewd, Airports.ewd and Airspace.ewd files and replace with new Navidata.ewd file.

User manuals for Odyssey and Enigma have beed deleted and replaced with a new User manual for all future instruments in the "Enigma" range. The Enigma range includes Enigma, Odyssey, Voyager and Explorer.

Please view section on Navidata in the new manual.

Creating your own, free navigation database:
Use Enigma Flight Planner version 1.0.0.10 or higher.
Download waypoints and airport data from www.navaid.com for your area. Choose the GPX file format. Import this into Flight Planner (clear the database before you start if you want to start fresh - or use existing data if you have been using this before).
Copy the airspace.evd file (free download from www.MGLAvonics.co.za) for your area to the Enigma Flight Planner "data" folder if you have not done this yet - if you see airspaces when viewing a vector map you have it installed.
Export your data to the Navidata.ewd file using the function provided.

Using the Navidata.ewd file:
Copy the file to your SD card. Install the file in the instrument using "Install tasks -> Install Navidata". You can also operate the file from the SD card. Just leave it there and the instrument will use it.

If you have a Navidata file installed and a navidata file on the SD card, the instrument will use the one on the SD card.

Enjoy.
