It might depend on if you have the 7 or 7A weldment. For the 7 it's 160 in-lbs, then tighten until the cotter pin hole lines up. It feels scarily under tight, but that's what the drawing calls for. I'll let someone with a nose gear chime in to say if it's different or not.
