hello I have installed a pair of studs along with a lock washer and two nuts. I have put the Split washer between the two nuts, but a lot of people installs the lock washer first then the two nuts next. Will my setup work fine or do I have to change to the other?

I final-installed my exhaust nuts today, the sequence being: Normal washer - lock washer - nut. And only one nut at that...I don't think my -340's studs are long enough to support a second nut.

That is the way it came from ECI, and IIRC the way it is shown in the plans.
