I've been installing my baffleing on an O-320 powered 9A and am wondering how much space everyone has been leaving where the fiberglass cowl inlets meet the baffleing. The plans show almost no space at all. They do show a offset of 1/16" for the bottom and 3/32" for the sides but that is not the dimension I'm looking for. Mine are fit like the plans but I have not installed the rubber material on the cowl inlets yet. If more space is needed I'd like to modify the baffles now before I rivet.

Also where do you get the holders for the spark plug wires where they go through the baffleing? I haven't been able to locate any of them. Thanks.

Thanks guys,
That was my thought also that a little more room is needed due to engine shake but wasn't sure how much to increase. Jeff your picture is spot on what I was looking for.
