Ok, how does one successfully (defined as covered and not dripped) paint the inside of the engine intake snout on the cowl? I've made two practice runs at it with sandable primer and ran or had excessive buildup on the lip. I was working from only one side (outside) in this case. I had turned down the paint flow and tried to fog it in. I've been using my big gun, LVLP, a CAT Jaguar (love it).
Thoughts?
I'm thinking airbrush at this point, from inside and out, then on to painting the rest in a single session. It may not flow out nicely, but I can rub the worst of that out if there is coverage.
Paint is S-W Genesis M. Good stuff. Even pushed with accelerator pretty hard, it melts drycoating pretty well, it seems.
