I'm installing an ACK ELT, and am having problems with the DIN plug. Vans directions are not very helpful. The main problem is the lousy micro molex connectors not seating, and coming loose. Does anyone have ideas about an alternative DIN connector that is easier to install and much more secure?

The connection on the elt is soldered I thought. I know I still have to do the solder as I thought I could get away with just heat shrink, but that’s wasn’t a good assumption.
