On my -8 the electric elevator trim servo wire hole in the spar shares the same hole as the trim servo jack screw. That is the way I see the instructions. It would seem to me that the jack screw threads would chafe the wires. Is there somthing I'm not seeing? Thanks Lyle

same problem

yes, it bothered me to so I made a hole just for the wire nearby. As an electrician by trade I felt a separate hole, with a gromet, for the wire would be much better and the strength of the spar there is not much compromised if any. Thats my solution, I am sure there are other ways, check around the site you may find a better way.
