It appears that I didn't trim my stiffeners short enough (though I trimmed them exactly to spec on the plans) and the tips are causing marks in the outside of the training edge skin. I'm worried that if I try to continue without addressing it, I will permanently damage the skin (if I haven't already).
Do you think I should I try to trim them while attached (Dremel surgery?), or will the addition of the ribs cause the bend to be tighter so the stiffener tips no longer interfere?
It's kind of hard to see the issue in the pictures, but I did my best.
