F689 Heim bearing interferes with the Clevis Fork of the Control Weldment about 1/2 - 3/4" from the rear of the spar. I need to be 1/8" from the spar or so to get full up Elevator. Bellcrank is in neutral postion, pushrods appear to be correct length.
I have seen posts that many people have had to grind out the Clevis Fork to clear the bearing. Is this typical?
Other fixes I have heard have been making new push rods but my preliminary research shows that lengthening or shortening causes other issues with Bellcrank interference in the tunnel and back of baggage compartment.
