I purchased a never installed engine analyzer on this website, but it was missing a power wire packet. So I called EI. Told them how I obtained the instrument and what I needed. I was asked for my name, mailing address, etc. but nothing more.

Surprised, I said to the gentleman, don't you want my credit card #? No, just tell your friends we're here to help.

Now that's service :)

Hummmm, Agreed

I purchased an MVP-50, installed and operating. They really are great guys to deal with..!!

These guys are great. When I calibrated my fuel gauges, I called one of their reps at home on a Saturday morning about 6 a.m. his time. He talked me through the entire process for both tanks and waited on-line until completed, which took about 30-40 minutes. That's what I call service (the gauges by the way are right on the money even though it's the old Bendix float senders providing the data).
