I recently ordered a set of E-Mag Series 114 P-Mags for my IO-360M1B and Hartzel 72" blended airfoil propeller (C2YR-1BFP/F74972) combination (one of the standard orders available from Van's for the RV-7). Before I got around to installing the P-mags I realized that I hadn't considered the torsional vibration/blade vibration impacts of running electronic ignition on this combination of engine and propeller. I have contacted E-Mag and they have no specific instances of this combination and are not really aware as to how one would test the setup to ensure it is an acceptable combination. I did a bit of digging on the internet and found an list of approved aircraft types for the Electroair EIS-41000 ignition, which included a huge array of aircraft that have aluminium propellers (which gave me a little more confidence that my combination will work).

Brad from E-Mag also forwarded some documents released by Hartzell/Vans that gives a restricted operating range for engines equipped with Lightspeed ignition:

Thus, the questions I have are as follows:
1. Does anyone have operational experience running the P-mags (or any other electronic ignition) with this IO-360M1B and Hartzel 72" BA propeller combination (or 74" for that matter)?
2. Is anyone aware and prepared to share the methodology that one must follow to perform a vibration analysis for ensuring acceptable compatibility of this hardware combination?
