I have been trying to sell my RV4 and have had no luck as it seems most everyone wants a CS prop. (I have a solid crank O-360 that won't accept a cs prop). Does anyone have experience with the electric prop I've been hearing about ? I'm wondering if I could modify my 4 with this and maybe successfully sell it!

Electric props are pretty expensive. I suspect you could lower your price by 1/2 the cost of an electric prop and sell.

As soon as you put on the c/s prop, your next looker will want a fixed pitch.
Don't change it. You'll find a buyer.
