Installing boost pump left of rudder pedals in RV-8. Have seen several builder install pictures of the EFII. They look really good. But, they all seem to be mounted metal to metal to metal. Has anyone ever used some type of rubber isolation washer or bushing between the pump and the floor system to quiet the pump when its running, or is the pump so quiet and smooth that this thinking is not necessary ? What about sound resonance ? I have not heard this pump run ! Thanks, Bill
