Chris, how do you know it is Russia? I am pretty sure this particular hare was born in China. Legislations here are confused and complicated. And they are changing often. Trying to follow one rule you automatically violate other.
At least we don't have definitions like Experimental or Kit plane at all. There are a lot of other definitions not translatable to any language exept of Russian unless you know Russian histrory in details. Any way I don't use parashute and I hope I am legal. .
