I am looking to be ordering an ECI Titan Kit this winter and was wondering if anyone has used Phil Scadden of Phil's Cylinder Svc. in Ohio. I have spoken to him about the ordering and cost. Just wanted to see if anyone here had any experience with Phil??? thx

I had Phil build cylinders for an O-235 back in 2005, been in his shop in Brookville, he is first rate and in fact I spoke to him by phone yesterday as I am in process of finding an O-360 core/cam and he will probably be the one to supply all parts. He is first rate in my opinion.I hope this is of help.
