Hey all,

I received my ECI kit and need the engine Serial Number. None of the documents specifically lists a serial number for the engine. Anyone got an idea where the serial number is listed?

On the Crankcase the serial number is 09-117 PT. I am thinking this is it but not sure.

The packing list will have the serial of the crankcase, and ECI is using that as the engine serial #... Mine's CT-882... pretty sure it's engraved on a flat on top of the left (pilot side) engine half... But I guess you could come up with anything for engine serial #... don't think you need to use their convention.

That's it. The first two digits are the year of manufacture (2009) and the next three are sequential for the number built in that year with yours being the 117th.
