Hi,

In earlier kits I noticed that the E-921 elevator gusset needed to be created by the builder. I got two prefabricated gussets in my kit.

It is unclear why I have two. I can only find one place for this gusset in the plans. That is between the E-907 elevator trim spar and the E-905 root rib. Am I missing something? For what is the second gusset I have?

Contacted VANS: A RV-9 only requires one of these parts, RV-10's use two. The hardware bag that contains this part is used for both planes to try and keep us from having to many different hardware bag combinations with more or less the same parts in them. You will only need one the second will not be used.
