Just a note about Dynon. I was installing new HDX displays in place of Skyview Classic displays. During the firmware update on the first display, the process hung, with the message on the screen not to turn off power. A half hour later no change. This was at 11am EDT, 8:00 PDT. I called Dynon support and and left a message. I was really hoping for a call back so I could power down without issues. I had a call back within 10 minutes. Resolved my problem and the rest of the firmware update went well.

Can’t hardly ask for better support.

BTW, a forced reboot (buttons 1+2+5) was all that it took.
