Hi

I have read a lot of posts on the Dynon shunt installation but still could not find an answer to my situation.

On my 7a I have Vans Wiring harness. The J1 wire runs from the alternator to the 60 amp breaker on the main buss. The P1 wire runs from the main buss to the battery relay. That terminal is also connected by copper strip to the starter relay.

So, how do you wire in the shunt? I was looking for Dynon option B. I started thinking I should move the P1 to one end of the shunt, the other being connected by copper bar to the battery relay.......

Thanks

I don't remember what "letter" was my install, but I installed the shunt for a loadmeter (between the alternator and the remaining part of the system).

Shunt --> current limiter --> battery contactor +
