Shout out to the good folks at Dynon.
Tight RV-4 cockpit, not quite as flexible as I used to be, and wearing some big boots -- I managed to bump the volume knob on SV-COM and broke it clean off.
I called Dynon, confessed my clumsiness and got an RMA number to return for (paid) repair. This was totally my fault and I fully expected to pay the quoted repair fee.
Received it back yesterday, fixed. No Charge!
I'm very happy with my choice of Dynon for both airplanes!
