Does anyone out in forum land know of a "USB data logger" type "device" (not an on-board laptop) that can make it easy to capture data from the (older) DK180 without having to connect a PC upon landing?

Like most of the current/more recent Dynon, Garmin, GRT, etc. products do today.

I would like to capture some data for a friend and the only way I know of is to connect a PC of some sorts. Maybe I missed something along the way and if so, please advise.

THANKS!!

The legacy D180 only has an RS232 port for data transfers and requires the use of Dynon’s software tool. I don’t believe a USB solution exists for the D180 to get around the PC/software hurdle.
