Around $1500-$1800. Depends on things like backup battery, superbrite screen, included magnetometer, etc.

You can search completed ebay listings for a rough idea as well.

A D-100 just sold on Ebay for $1225, and the D120 went for $895.

Not true.
The seller pulled the sales off Ebay to sell outside of it. Not sure what the D120 went for but I paid 1800 for the D100.
He now has a D10 EMS listed if anyone is looking for one.

For a point of comparison

I paid 2400 for a D180, I was seriously looking at a D100 for 2000. 400 buck for engine monitering capabilities, worth it if you don't have it already. Point of comparison only.

That's a good deal. I would of liked to have a D180 verses the D100, but I have a VM1000 and don't need the EMS yet. I will at some point change over, but for now the D100 and VM1000 will work fine for me.
