Got my hub back from Sensenich and while waiting I completed the painting except for a minor bit of pinstriping.

I put the prop on this morning...a good juggling act unless you have four arms and hands. I finally got it in place, and got the blade angle within 0.1-degrees of each other. Phew ( I thought )

Just for fun I wondered how the newly painted nose cone would look, so I tried to slip it into place only to find I had the back plate clocked or oriented incorrectly, so the whole thing has to come off and I have to go through that mish mash again.

I made up a wooden jig to hold the prop blades in place so it should be a lot easier and faster this time around. Boy ! its sure easy to screw up !
