I’m about to install the NACA vents in the fuse and wing (8). It looks like I’ll want to have the duct attached to the wing vent before installation. Any recommendations to protect the ductwork from the rib edges?

Slit a hose/tubing and trim to the exact ID

Thanks Brian, I placed an order.

I've tried slitting a piece of Tygon fuel tubing but it opens up too wide when rolled into the inside of the hole and it doesn't feel like it's going to stay put even with silicone or RTV.

Just a follow up, I used the grommet edging with a small swipe of epoxy and think it will work fine. Thanks again.
