Step 4 on 47-02 has you deepening the pilot dimple in the pitot tube using a #29 drill (assuming you actually have one), but only until you see a small bump appear on the inside of the tube wall. I was just wondering how many of you ever saw this promised bump actually show up before you carefully drilled right through the wall? And if you did see it, what combination of lighting, microscopy and other visual alchemy did you use to eyeball it?
