I thought those were #6 per plans? Unless you're "downsizing" :) #27 drill bit for #6 screw..

But generally speaking, you can find online drill and tap chart for all screw sizes. it's a very handy table...
 
I've decided to go with the #4 screw-kit from Cleveland for wingtips, as others here have done. #4 screw has at least the strength of a 1/8" rivet, I believe. Anyway, I think I found what I need... #32 drill for close-fit, #30 for loose fit. The countersink cutter says pilot hole #33.
