If you are interested in flying to the Dominican Republic in the Caribbean, I found the Dominican Republic Civil Aviation Institute (Their FAA) web page that has all their approach plates.

Dominican Republic Approach Plates

1 - Scroll down to the "AD 2. AERODROMES" section and click on the airport you want to download.
2 - Click on the "Charts related to an aerodrome" section.
3 - Then Click on the "Instrument Approach Chart - (for each runway procedure type)" to download the current approach plates for that airport as a .pdf file.
