Building a 9A. Put in the "inspection" plates on the front cowl in front of the tip up canopy. Sealed with ProSeal where plate meets supporting ring.

Do I need some sort of seal around the 507 countersunk screw heads to keep them all from leaking in the rain?
(Live in Pacific Northewst and get lots of rain)

If I need some sort of gasket around each screw head, where can I get them?

Thanks,

Duane

I don't think so

I certainly would not put any gaskets of any kind under the screw heads. With the dimpled cover hole interface I don't believe it will be a problem. If during operations you determine there is a problem, I think that is the time to do someting about it. Even then I would use silicon or something like that instead of a gasket.
