Here are a couple to magnetic tipped screwdrivers that I made to help to reach into those hard to get to places to start as well as hold screws, when removing them.
The shanks & handles are both wood (oak dowel & broomstick handle). A small magnet and tip are "imbedded" at the end with 3M 2216 adhesive.
This probably isn't a complete solution for screwing against the resistance of the anchor nuts, but if they can help to get a screw started or retain one at the end of the removal process, they may have some value.
YYMV - and probably will.
