I've just started the tailcone section. There is optional dimpling for a #27 hole for panel cover flush screws. I've looked at a few online suppliers but having difficulty finding that particular dimple die. My question would be is it worth dimpling here and if so, anyone know who supplies this particular die?

A #27 hole is for a #6 screw so the dimple dies for a #6 screw are what you would need.

If you ever find yourself saying, "I don't have the correct tool but I can make X work." Stop and order the correct tool! Otherwise you will end up ordering the tool and a replacement part and waiting for both to arrive.
