are the rivet holes along the flange of the firewall supposed to be dimpled (and the corresponding skin holes)? Later the aft edge of the cowel will overlap these, so I'm not sure whether to dimple these or leave them until later.

Hi Phil,
These holes should be match drilled with the skins then deburred and dimpled.
The cowl does not overlap them. The cowl butts up to the skins.
