Anyone have suggestions on how to determine a fair market value for an existing RV, RV8 in my case? NAA on Trade-a-Plane shows homebuilts for valuation, but when selecting Vans and year, "no models available". Can look at any number of ads on Barnstormers, TAP, here, etc. and get a broad range but want something more reflection of market specific to the model, mods, avionics. Thoughts are appreciated!

fair is in the eyes of the buyer and seller. the best you can do is look at all the ads on here, barnstormers, controller, and trade-a-plane, and determine how the RV you want compares in equipment, fit, and finish. Assume that people typically take less than they are asking , but also notice that the really nice ones sell fast without a lot of price drop.
